Virtual Aspiring Leaders Program

The Virtual Aspiring Leaders Program is a leadership program established to enhance the leadership skills of highly motivated employees and prepare them for leadership roles within any agency. It is designed to increase access to leadership development education opportunities for geographically dispersed employees through remote delivery. The program can be tailored to suit your specific agency’s needs. Normally it’s designed to last 5 months and is organized into 3 integrated modules based upon the following areas of leadership:

  2. Interpersonal Leadership
  3. Organizational Leadership
